By using Flowesta Store (store.flowesta.com, and flowestastore.com when it opens) or buying from it, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our products

We sell physical products that are shipped to you. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but colours can look a little different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Your payment must be completed before we ship your order. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

Shipping and delivery

Each product page shows where we ship and the usual delivery time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer at busy times or because of the carrier or customs. Every order ships with tracking. Please make sure your shipping address is correct: we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered wrongly.

Refunds

We refund an order only if the product arrived damaged, hasn't been used, and you tell us within 24 hours of delivery, and we accept the request after reviewing it. See our refund policy for the details.

Using the products

Use every product as described and follow any instructions and safety warnings that come with it. We're not responsible for harm caused by misuse.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may remove reviews that contain spam, links, offensive language or personal information.

Creator links

Some visitors reach us through a creator's link. Those creators earn a share of the sale. This doesn't change the price you pay.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you placed an order apply to that order.
