This policy explains what information Flowesta Store (store.flowesta.com, and flowestastore.com when it opens, operated by Flowesta) collects when you visit or buy from our store, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details. When you buy, we keep your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the products and options you chose and the amount paid, so we can ship your order and help you later.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Reviews. If you write a review, we store the name you enter, your rating and your text, and show them on the product page.
• Messages. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation (and any photos you send, for example of a damaged item) so we can help you.
• Basic visit data. We count which pages are viewed using a random visitor ID cookie (fl_vid). We do not store your IP address with this data.

Cookies and storage in your browser

• fl_vid: a random ID used to count visits.
• fl_ref: if you arrived through a creator's link, it remembers which creator sent you for 30 days, so they can be credited for a sale.
• Your saved list, cart (with quantities and options) and recently viewed products are kept only in your own browser (local storage). We don't receive them until you check out.

How we use your information

To ship your orders and send you tracking, answer your questions, handle refund requests, credit creators who referred you, keep the store secure (for example, to block spam reviews) and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the store and deliver your order, such as our payment provider, our suppliers and delivery companies (who get your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel), and hosting, and when the law requires it. If you came through a creator's link, that creator sees that a sale was made, not your address or payment details.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for delivery, support, refunds, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

Your choices

You can clear our cookies and your browser's storage at any time. To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email support@flowestastore.com.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
